Our Goal

Strive for no more than two hours a day sitting sedentary, such as sitting watching TV.

Watch this video for alternative positions to play, do homework, or screen time to increase activity in your daily routines.


Create a walking path in your home.

Hide their favorite objects or pictures throughout the path for your child to search for and find.

Challenge them to walk sideways or backwards.
