Limit extended periods of time sitting in the same position.
Watch this video for ideas of alternative positions to place your child in for different daily activities.
Create a routine of having one section of your house that your child has to walk through regularly with whatever assistance they need.
Challenge them by reducing the assistance such as hand held instead of a device or one hand instead of two.
